No particle board. No fiberboard. Just real, solid, heavy wood. All of which comes from Forest Stewardship Council certified sources. An FSC-certified company manages forests in a way that preserves biological diversity and benefits the lives of local people and workers, while ensuring it sustains economic viability.
Safe, non-toxic materials: We only use materials that are safe for you and your family. We stain the Mid-Century Modern Bed Frame with a zero-VOC finish called ECOS® WoodShield stain, which is organic, non-toxic, and odor-free. For assembly, we use the safe, fumeless Titebond Wood Glue, because it meets the requirements of ASTM D4236 for use with arts and crafts, and has both been approved for indirect food contact. All materials are American-made.
